Terms and conditions for Meytain
1. Company information
2. Services and scope
Meytain provides B2B lead generation as a service, including AI-driven target audience analysis, hyper-personalised outreach via email and LinkedIn, and meeting booking on behalf of the client. Services are exclusively directed at businesses.
3. Trial packs and payment
Trial packs are invoiced with a 50% deposit at the start of the engagement. The remaining 50% is invoiced once all agreed meetings have been held. Payment terms are net 14 days from the invoice date. Payment is processed via Stripe. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. Late payment
In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of DKK 250 per reminder (maximum 3 reminders) will be added. Additionally, default interest of 2% per commenced month from the due date will accrue in accordance with the Danish Interest Act. Meytain reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is more than 14 days overdue.
5. No Cure, No Pay guarantee
All trial packs operate on a 100% No Cure, No Pay basis. A meeting only counts when it is actually held with a decision-making individual who matches the agreed client profile in terms of industry, company size, and role. Cancelled meetings or meetings that do not match the profile will be replaced or not invoiced. The deposit will be refunded if no meetings are delivered within the agreed period.
6. Client obligations
The client must participate in an onboarding meeting (approx. 30 min.), provide an up-to-date client profile, and grant calendar access for meeting booking. Lack of cooperation from the client may affect delivery timelines without constituting a breach by Meytain.
7. Intellectual property
All strategies, outreach copy, sequences, target audience lists, and other materials developed by Meytain remain the property of Meytain and may not be shared, copied, or used commercially without written consent. The client acquires only the right to the confirmed meetings delivered under the agreement.
8. Confidentiality and data processing
Meytain processes personal data relating to the client's leads as a data processor under a separate data processing agreement, cf. GDPR art. 28. Client business information is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties without consent.
9. Limitation of liability
Meytain's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant trial pack. Meytain is not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue or missed business opportunities.
10. Force majeure
Meytain is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond Meytain's reasonable control, including outages at third-party providers (including Instantly.ai and LinkedIn), changes in legislation, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. Meytain will notify the client as soon as possible and will seek to resume delivery at the earliest opportunity.
11. Right of withdrawal
As Meytain's services are provided exclusively to businesses (B2B), consumer protection legislation and associated withdrawal rights do not apply.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be sought resolved amicably. If this cannot be achieved, the dispute shall be settled by the Danish courts with the Copenhagen City Court as the venue.
13. Changes
Meytain reserves the right to amend these terms with 30 days' notice. The current version is always available at meytain.com/terms-and-conditions.
